Staff were very helpful. We had an issue with a leak and they sorted it out within 20mins. Hotel was literally a 3min walk from the golden roof.

Superb location. Couldn't have been better. The check in was smooth and all facilities were perfect. Room size was also good with family. Excellent view from the window.

Great little room with kitchenette - exactly what I needed for the week. Great shower. Wifi was solid. Absolutely fantastic location - right in the middle of Innsbruck! 5mins walk from the Old Town.
