We went out for breakfast. The location was perfect.

Looks terrible from the outside with a lot of minor work required eg, Outside of room doors need cleaning and painting, Weeds growing through stairs to rooms. Inside was pretty good. Pest control needs to be employed to get rid of the cockroaches.
