The fine print
Directions:There is a bus route from the pier. Bicycles are also available to rent. These services will transport luggage for you as well. Transport is also possible from the airstrip.On foot or on bicycles, follow the road out of Kilronan heading west towards Dún Aonghasa. Keep straight along the road until there is a turn left marked Gort na gCapall, at the top of a hill leading down to the beach, from which the Dún can be seen. Take the turn left and continue to the lodge, which will be the third building down this road.An alternate route from Kilronan follows the coastline and takes you past the seal colony lookout point. Continue west out of Kilronan, but just before Tí Joe Watty's pub, there will be a turn right onto a lower road. Continue straight on this road until you arrive at Cill Muirbhigh beach. Go up the hill in the direction back towards Kilronan, and at the top of that hill will be the turn right into Gort na gCapall.These routes are around 6 km or 7 km, respectively.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We have just returned from our stay at Aran Walkers Lodge. The staff were so welcoming and lovely, everywhere was so so clean and we had a delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at Aran Walkers Lodge in beautiful Inis Mór.

Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and excellent. They room was wonderful along with the view. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help with getting to see the most of the island and making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible

Brenda and the rest of the staff were fantastic. So attentive and kind. The room was comfortable and a good size and we had the most gorgeous view of the island. We appreciated that they offered a dinner service, as it meant we didn’t need to travel back to the docks on the evening to restaurants that the locals had told us overcharge. Brenda went above and beyond with helping us with a car service too, meaning we got to experience as much as possible of the island in the short time we stayed, even dropping our bags off before we needed to depart. Couldn’t recommend more!
