Great caravan clean and tidy throughout and in a good location. The owner discount card was provided meaning you could get a discount on site. A short walk to the beach and a walk along the coast to Fantasy Island. The price was the best we found and we shopped around.

Very clean caravan with free wifi and everything we needed for relaxing holiday., The site has easy access to beach and has cafe and bar/entertainment onsite. Caravan owners give great customer service 🙂

we cooked our own b/fast,good wrap around seating,nice bedroom, beds comfy,bathroom was well equiped,not far to bus stop to take you to fantasy island and skegness,good off site shop,nice clubhouse to have a drink or two.
