Caravan and bedding all smelt lovely and fresh. Very clean and tidy too. Perfect location close to family pub, chippy and the beach. Also has a shop onsite which is ideal.

The caravan was so lovely! The beds were so comfy! the location is amazing, literally a 5 minute walk to fantasy Island! The owner couldn't have been more helpful! we have stayed in a lot of caravans in ingoldmells but none of them were as good as this one. We will definitely be booking to stay here again for all of our holidays to Ingoldmells!

The caravan was clean , and perfect for our needs , it was plenty big enough for all of us . The beds made for our arrival was nice , the site is very clean and tidy .... very pleasant stay 😊

Bailey’s caravan was very welcoming and felt very much like home. Great location with all facilities near by and in walking distance just as you would expect, we all felt very happy here for the weekend. Would diffidently come back 😊.
