The location and how new the van looks inside.Straight onto the beach or fantasy island. Everything you need even two toilets which is ideal if someone is in the shower.

Very clean and modern, had everything we needed. You do need to take your own towels and bedding or you can pay extra for the host to provide the bedding:)
