I don't get the bad reviews. Location was perfect for a show at sofi stadium, I felt safe also going back to the motel alone after the show. The room was huge. Staff was kind

Motel is walking distance to Intuit Dome which helps when the game finishes late. It also very close to Airport and we paid US$20.50 from Airport to motel. You can also take bus 117 just outside of motel get you close to Airport where you can walk over to Airport. Jack in the box and McDonald's are just round the corner. Very convenient for fast food. We had a US$6 deal from Jack in the box and it's offer a very good breakfast & Coffee for us. World famous pancake IHOP is also walking distance. If you are on a budget and just want to get close to Intuit Dome for games, sleep and fly off, this motel is a very good option.
