Good service, helpful staff will make your stay comfortable and convenient. There is a Tour Desk where you can plan an itinerary - catering to your own or their recommendations. The hotels booked on my tour were superb. All needs catered for including a constant soppy of bottled water. My driver was polite, engaging, professional and safe, making for a very enjoyable and memorable holiday. For a genuine experience of India, I recommend the tour desk.
