The condo, building and pool areas have recently been updated and are very well maintained. This condo has the bonus of its own outdoor seating area. Beach is an easy 5 mins walk.

Location was good in that it was quiet, close to beach, close to grocery store and restauant, easy to drive to from airport and easy to visit other locations like Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Force
