Everything, this place is absolutely incredible especially while the festival was on. The staff helped us so much and we didn’t feel overwhelmed

To visit the pool you need a reservation, and still the pool is overcrowded with kids. Also to check in our room we had to wait in the queue at reception for 30 minutes 🧐

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient. They spoke excellent English. My interactions throughout the resort were positive. My only suggestion would be to have more vegetarian food available. Catering to all food preferences would be nice.

All the facilities and eateries were exceptional. Le Space was amazing. Chefs kitchen was the best breakfast I have ever had. The aurora show and whale show were great. Also had a great casino.
