Recently renovated by the Grifoni family, this impressive country home remains faithful to its original design that dates back to the 13th century. From May until October, you can take a dip in the elegant swimming pool where you will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills. Residenza Il Colle is designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. You can find free private parking and free use of internet connections. At Residenza Il Colle you will be in a perfect spot to discover Italy’s Renaissance cities such as Florence (13 km) and Siena (km 50). You will also be near the smaller yet famous walled cities of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra. Residenza Il Colle is located in the Chianti region, just outside the charming town of Impruneta, and situated on the famous Chianti wine road that connects Siena and Florence.

Everything about the property is truly exceptional. We were blown away. The property is stunning as are the views. Great breakfast too. A special mention for the host, Claudia, who was charming and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had a great time! the breakfast was great, the view was incredible and there is a lot of parking inside the property. Will definitely go back there and i recommend a lot this place.

We stayed here for 5 days. The place is exceptional. Sabina and her team were excellent. She had given us some recommendations for the wine and olive oil tasting. Both were a family botique. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was perfect. We will be back one day.
