Mohammed and his staff are great. We loved the place and its beautiful views. It is 45 min away from the little town of Imlil and the walk through the mountain is gorgeous. There is a river close by to the place where you can chill and have tea. Berber people are very kind and good hearted people too. We had a hike organised by the place with Hussein, and he was great, a fun and knowledgeable man. We are really going to miss it and always bring it in our hearts.

This is one of the most magical and beautiful places I’ve been to. The lodge itself and the views are just stunning. The food was perfect. Really special place with lovely staff.

Berber lodge is beautiful, relaxing, and fulfilling. Breakfast is included and delicious, day activities such as hikes are on offer and, for £10 between 2, you can purchase a really filling and tasty meal. Rooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The communal areas are excellent. I’m not really sure what else you could need for a place in the Atlas Mountains. P.S if you want to do a day hike, ask for Hassan. He is extremely knowledgeable not just on the trails but also on Morocco.
