We loved the view and how quite the location was. The room was nice, and we had a great view. The staff was really good. Giorgos, the manager, was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. We had rented a motorbike, and we could move through out the island.

Golden East is a small and warm place to stay. Each "room" is like a semi detached small traditional house with two terraces so you can get sun all day round - or avoid it, depending on the season. You feel at home in the tiniest of the eights room. Wifi is good and support videoconferences with no problem. You can work if needed. Bed is sturdy and comfy, the architecture and decoration of the place is really nice and the view on the sea and morning sunset is wonderful. It is cleaned up everyday. The all place is very clean and tidied up every time. As the hotel is small, the common areas - pool and picnic tables aren't crowdy and always available at breakfast time. Breakfast is served at your place. It is healthy and tasty and Nataly can adjust to your choices which is really nice. Perfectly situated to go everywhere on the island. Nataly and Costas are great and delicate hosts who can help at all time. And Marina the cleaner is very lively and will teach you a couple of greek words and make you smile every morning. We spent a wonderful week.

This hotel is located just off the road to Fira. so it's easy to get to places. The views are stunning and the room was clean and serviced daily. The bed is big and has a comfortable mattress and pillows.

I loved the kind attention to detail, delicious breakfast, and very clean surroundings. Also a very comfortable bed!
