It was a great stay! I booked a trip to Santorini for my parents and spent quite a bit of time choosing the right hotel, eventually deciding on Cocoon Suites. I had requested a specific room in advance, but this wasn’t arranged on arrival, and my parents were initially given a next door room (I booked Junior Suite) . Unfortunately, it had a large step into the jacuzzi, which made it difficult for them—this was the main reason I had requested a different room initially. I called reception to follow up, and the team were extremely helpful and resolved the issue straight away. They kindly upgraded my parents to the honeymoon suite, which we really appreciated. I’m not sure how this might have been handled during peak season, but as there was availability, everything was sorted quickly and smoothly. In the end, my parents had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed their time. The breakfast was great! The cake team arranged for my parents was also delicious!

We had the most amazing stay here and absolutely loved our time. The view from our balcony was truly breathtaking, and since we visited in September, we had the perfect vantage point to enjoy the sunset every evening. Our room was fantastic, with air conditioning and a dehumidifier that kept us perfectly comfortable, and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The staff were so lovely, kind, and incredibly helpful—they even went above and beyond to help us organise our engagement, which made our stay even more special. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and can’t wait to come back!

Stunning views and a beautiful surrounding area. A perfect location to experience Santorini without being right in the most crowded spots, yet still close to the main attractions. Our room was slightly different from the photos — not as new — but still in good condition and comfortable overall. The staff were helpful, and having breakfast on the terrace with that view was truly an amazing experience.

The whole welcoming Cocoon Suites was so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Niky went above and beyond what was expected of her. She is a fabulous host and nothing was too much trouble. The views were purely breathtaking!
