The property was in a fabulous location and we were amazingly well looked after by Lampros who was an incredible host. The roof terrace had an amazing view across the Caldera, so we were treated to some amazing sunsets, which we could enjoy from the hot tub. Breakfast was chosen the day before from a comprehensive list, and was delivered and set up by Lampros either inside or out depending on the weather and our preferences. The food was really excellent. We were always helped with aspects of our stay and Lampros did all he could to ensure we had the very best holiday. The room was really comfortable and private, and served our needs perfectly.

Avista suites are perfectly located on the island. Centrally located in Imerovigli with spectacular views overlooking the caldera. Avista Suites are located at the top of the rim, so there are no long steps in and out like other accommodations. Many fabulous restaurants nearby and a short walk to the bus stop for buses to Fira and beyond. But the best part is the wonderful host. He will greet you, guide you, and be your concierge. No friendlier and helpful person alive. The breakfasts are also stunning. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay on Thira.

The accommodation provided everything needed to ensure a perfect stay. Choosing Avista Suites was the best decision, the owner, Lampros is a warm-hearted, welcoming, helpful, talkative and kind person. He pays special attention to his guests. He will help you with organizing transfer, day trips, recommend restaurants, everything. The breakfast is freshly made every morning, there’s a wide range of selection you can choose from, even the time when they serve it to you. The room is extremely clean and its modern design matches perfectly with the whitewashed buildings of Santorini. The view from the hot tub to the caldera is just breathtaking especially during the sunset. I truly recommend this accommodation, it’s an experience you will never regret and forget. ❤️

Everything was perfect for us during our stay at Avista suites. A small boutique hotel (3 rooms), each with their own breathtaking view over Santorini's caldeira, above all the surrouding buildings, providing a rare sense of intimacy. Lampros and his staff offer a superior level of care and attention to their guests, and they truly deserve their perfect grading on Booking. 10/10!
