The fine print
The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.For arrivals after 23:00 there is an extra check-in charge of €20,00 euros paid upon arrival, by cash only. Housekeeping service is provided on request with an extra charge of €20,00 euros per service.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Dear Guest Relations Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at Aergou Villa in Santorini. I booked a six-night stay and it was absolutely flawless. First and foremost, the cleanliness and quality of the villa was outstanding. Every detail of the villa’s finishes and amenities was meticulously maintained. The villa, pool was exceptional, and the size and layout of the villa were fantastic. The villa’s positioning offered complete privacy, making it feel like a secluded retreat, despite being just minutes away from the nearest taverna, bar, coffee shop, and supermarket. Whether you prefer a short quad or bike ride, or a leisurely 15-minute walk, everything is conveniently close. The breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea from the villa added to the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Evenings were particularly serene, with barely a sound to disturb the tranquility. It felt like a true retreat. I must give special mention to Maria, our Guest Relations Manager. She was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. Maria was incredibly helpful, recommending some of the most amazing restaurants and a fantastic beach resort close to the airport for our checkout day. Her customer service was impeccable, and she was always easy to contact via WhatsApp, responding quickly to any queries or requests. I highly recommend taking any advice or recommendations from Maria as she did not let me down, even though I have very high standards. Overall, my stay at the Villa was fabulous, and I will absolutely be back to stay at the villa and visit Santorini again. Thank you for your excellent service and for making my stay so memorable. Absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was simply perfect – peaceful, calming, and with stunning views. It was also ideally located, not far from charming little towns. Above all, Maria’s support made everything even better. Her experience shows: she gave great recommendations and handled anything that came up, from restaurant bookings to excursions. Everything ran smoothly thanks to her. No complaints at all – just a fantastic experience!
