The staff were very accommodating and went as far as they could, and succeeded in meeting my needs for the stay. I wanted the same room I had the previous year with my partner for our one year anniversary, although they did show me another room because I had arrived well before check in/out to accommodate me as quickly as they could, but I wanted to wait for the room we shared the previous year, which would become available once the guest currently occupying the room checked out, and was assured they would prioritise the service of the room to have us checked in as quickly as possible, so in the time I was waiting they also helped me with ordering some surprise flowers that would be in the room for our arrival, once inside the room the staff had also arranged, without my knowledge for two pieces of cake with happy anniversary wrote on the plate in icing. Also allowed our luggage to be stored at the hotel for hours after check out. The breakfast was awesome too, even if you dont think you will like the choices, still give them a go, because you won't be disappointed. The staff were brilliant, very professional and very polite. Highly recommend the Richmonde iloilo.
