room was very nice,i love everything in it, clean and comfy. very accessible to the mall, plaza and near to the Ceres terminal, the host Miss Anj was nice and very accomodating to us. If i have a chance to come back in Iloilo i would definitely stay here again.Highly recommended.

The location. The food. The cats and dogs. The interior. The fresh cool air (not to mention the aircon was fast cooling) The staff/ owners. Everything was surreal. Feels like home.

The property is just newly built that time we booked. It was unique and the way the space was maximized to have 2 beds is truly amazing. Felt like you’re not in Iloilo.

Anj and Greg were so helpful, even gave me a lift into town. Nice to chat to other guests and enjoy the common area. Very comfortable and I would definitely recommend Balai Lawaan. Although it's a bit out of town there is ample cheap buses and jeepney going to the terminal and Iloilo.
