The fine print
It is necessary to walk in a trail for 4 to 5 hours to reach Pousada Canto Bravo. The trail is not recommended for beginners. For an additional charge, guests can also go to the guest house by boat if the sailing conditions are good. As soon as a reservation is completed, Canto Bravo will contact guests to provide further information or schedule a boat if it is the case.Contact with the property can be established after booking only via e-mail.Be prepared to walk if the weather conditions prevent the boat trip.Please keep in mind the following safety tips:
- Hike duration: 4 to 5 hours
- Level of difficulty: medium/hard
- Use appropriate shoes and clothes for hiking
- Use your cell phone to call Canto Bravo before entering the trail (confirm in advance to which number you should call)
- Travel as light as possible
- Pack your clothes in plastic bags before placing them in your backpack
- Do not forget to take insect repellent and a flashlight
- In summer, do not enter the trail after 14:00
- In winter, do not enter the trail after 13:00Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Beautiful Pousada in an incredible place. The staff was always very kind, the rooms were clean, great views directly to Bonete beach, there are lockers to leave your things after check-out, a tasty and varied breakfast and their café-restaurant offers good cocktails and food.

We loved our stay at Pousada Canto Bravo – the hut right on the beach was lovely, super comfortable and very cozy. The whole place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the food in the restaurant was delicious throughout our stay. The staff were really nice, attentive and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even more special

This is the best place to stay in Bonete. A beautiful hotel with a good restaurant right at the beach. Our room was simple but charming and had a great view over the beach. It´s magical to fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean. The whole village is very authentical and nice. Take the time to walk the Bonete trail, it´s beautiful and to be able to cool yourself in the waterfalls on your way, with birds and big blue and yellow butterflies over your head, is a magical experience. The Bonete beach is also one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to.
