What a lovely place, the room that we had was very spacious and have a large bathroom with roll top bath and spacious glass shower cubicle and all is decorated to a high standard with a good view of the woods.Breakfast was fantastic, everything on the plate is piping hot, there are cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toasts and large teapot for tea. There is filter coffee all fresh. staff and host is amazing and very welcoming. Xx

Location great with plenty of parking. Staff very helpful and obliging. Room comfy and well equipped. We slept well! A good choice for breakfast.

A very clean, comfortable and well-decorated room. The landlady agreed to my request for a late check in, although I was on time in the end. It's in a very nice setting on the outskirts of Ilfracombe and had parking on site, a bonus compared to most hotels in the town itself. Very tasty breakfast, and good to have USB charging points in the room.
