Probably one of the nicest summer holidays I've ever had! Fantastic hosts -- extremely friendly and helpful, and easy to contact because they live on-site. Apartment is lovely throughout, and really exceptionally clean. Communal areas in the building are maintained to an extremely high standard -- it is clear that the hosts take their job very seriously. Stunning view over town and sea through the enormous bay window as you sit at the dining table. Bathroom is excellent -- large bath and plenty of storage. Kitchen is very well equipped. We were a family of four (two adults, 8-year-old, 2-year-old) and the apartment was ideal for our needs. Property is a 5-minute walk up a steep hill from shops and other amenities (Ilfracombe is extremely hilly). Car parking is excellent -- ample space for parking and maneouvring, and easily accessed.
