The location is excellent. There is street parking and there is also an adjacent long term council car park that is £3.50 a day - we used this to make sure we didn't use someone's parking slot, but we didn't need to. The flat is above the beach cafe (same owner) and it is licensed - so on tap breakfast, lunch, great cakes, coffee and wine. It closes about 5 or 6 so no evening noise. The flat is really well appointed and thought through - having both a full size bath and a stand alone large shower was great. The view from the lounge area is amazing - straight onto the beach and sea beyond. Comfortable beds. Wifi and TV both easy to use - a bonus for those of us that are technically limited! Lots of space to move about and very clean. There are stairs to get up to the first floor but that is to be expected. Kitchen area works well. The welcome pack was very welcome - tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cold drinks and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. All in all excellent. We do a fair amount of self catering and this is now in our top three.

Lovely apartment with stunning views, very clean and tidy with everything you could need, a home away from home. A fantastic treats basket with milk and bubbles in the fridge was a brilliant surprise, very much appreciated.
