First of all, I didn’t expect this hotel to be this good for the price, but I’m genuinely impressed with the experience I had there. The staff were very friendly and respectful, and they explained everything clearly and in detail. The overall appearance of the entrance and the room was beautifully decorated, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere in the room was especially pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely book this hotel again for my future visits to Ilford.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel, especially thanks to Fahim. His service attitude has always been warm, professional, and attentive. Whenever there was an issue with my room, he would always try his best to help resolve it quickly, which made me feel very well taken care of. As a regular guest, I also really appreciate that he remembers my preferences and needs. That personal attention makes every stay feel comfortable and welcoming. I truly believe this is an excellent level of service, and I would especially like to thank Fahim for his consistent care and support.
