The receptionist Faheem was friendly and helpful, location was great as I was working in ilford, it’s very clean and the bathroom was nice.

Very cheap so good value for money. The reception area was nice and staff friendly. The shower pressure was brilliant, strong wifi and a good sized room. Air con was a welcome addition.
