Hosts were quick to respond on WhatsApp when I couldn't find the email with the codes to enter; everything has a lock code; the shared bathroom was clean and generally available; I was able to use the driveway parking spot as it was free when I arrived. The hosts also provided me with an extra pillow when I asked.

I have had the pleasure of staying with Rahal Accommodations in both Hackney and Ilford, and I can say without hesitation that the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. In today’s market, where affordable housing often comes at the expense of quality or service, Rahal Accommodations truly sets a new standard. Their properties are not only well-maintained and comfortable, but the service and hospitality are of a caliber that far exceeds expectations at this price point. From the very beginning, what struck me most was the genuine care and professionalism of the team. Unlike many accommodations where you simply feel like a tenant, here you feel valued, respected, and completely at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, the spaces are thoughtfully arranged, and the management’s attention to detail makes every stay smooth and enjoyable. It really feels as though you are living in your own home rather than in temporary accommodation, which is an incredible achievement on their part. One particular instance highlighted just how dedicated the staff are. Last night, I found myself feeling quite cold, and I reached out to them late in the evening, expecting perhaps a response the following day. To my surprise, within a very short time, a member of the team personally brought me a heater straight away, ensuring I was warm and comfortable that same night. This level of responsiveness and commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their approach to guest care. It is not just about providing a roof and four walls—it is about making sure that every individual feels looked after and supported, no matter the hour. This example is only one of many.
