The staff were quite kind and always quick to respond. Good location. Some apartments come with free parking, though not all.

The communication and customer service was genuinely amazing. The property I originally booked had some unforeseen issues that meant it wasn't suitable to use but they contacted me, double checked where in London I was travelling during my stay to ensure the other like for like property was suitably located and switched with no problems. So, although it wasn't exactly like the photos due to being a new property, it was pretty similar and perfect location for what I intended.
