The hotel is in a good location and the facilities are really clean. The staff especially the Assistant Manager Felix was really nice, professional and helpful.

It was convenient as not too far after getting off the motorway. Olga was very helpful with finding me a parking space which reduced some of my stress. Room exeeded my expectations clean and spacious as it was just me but could easily fit two.I expected the worse based on previous reviews and also price so glad I experienced it my self Very clean hotel ,breakfast was filling and breakfast staff very friendly and polite.

Very close to the station, warm welcome by Farah, she was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, I had the continental but saw the full English and it looked good.

The staff are very helpful, especially olga. As we reached there, she found parking for us. The other staff members and that includes kitchen staff as well. The breakfast menu was varied and brilliant. We really enour stay and definitely we will come back again shortly.
