The fine print
At Grands Suites, full cleaning is on the 5th Day, Linen change on the 8th Day and towels are changed daily.Children will make use of the Sofa Bed in the room and no extra beds can be added. Sofa bed size is 180x88x82.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very kind and professional staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Perfect pillows and mattress. Good control of temperature with AC. Amazing rooftop pool. Easy to find a parking spot closed to the hotel.

The hotel was luxurious and the staff were very welcoming. The spa was very peaceful and I had an amazing massage from Nicole. We ate in the new restaurant Eleven Eleven, and the food was absolutely amazing. There are plenty of bus connections to go to Valletta and other towns nearby as well as the Ferry. The hotel is situated in Gzira on the edge of Sliema which means it was easy to walk to the restaurants and shops in Sliema and when we got back to the hotel, there was no noise as it was far enough away to not be able to hear it. The pool area is lovely and the pool temperature was perfect for the balmy weather we encountered. The views from the pool, our room and the restaurant were spectacular and every night we could see the fireworks either from the harbour side or in our room. All in all, I would highly recommend Grands Suites to anyone considering a holiday in Malta.

The hotel is a 5 min walk to the water front. It is a 20 min walk to the ferry terminal in Sliema. There are plenty of little cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and shops in that direction. Mainly Italian food food but does have a few fish restaurants , burger bars and Asian style food too. The executive suite has a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs but was too hot for us to sit out. The air conditioning was great, the kitchenette had everything we needed and the bathroom was good too. TV channels, Netflix and YouTube were good. Rooftop was spectacular viewing during the day and evening. Both the restaurant and bar served lovely food. Didn't use the spa. Hotel kept our bags on check out day and provided a changing room in the spa for us to change in before leaving for the airport which was great. The staff were lovely, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I definitely would return.
