Easy booking process. Quick communication. Despite being perhaps a bit outdated the rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Rooms are as advertised. And what a lovely owners! True Japanese hospitality at its best. We had a great stay!

Breakfast was good, owners were kind and accommodating and even let us know about an extra coupon we could use as in-prefecture residents! Offered us a corkscrew and wine glasses when we said we'd forgotten ours.

The staff reached out multiple times to make sure we didn't have any questions about our upcoming stay, and even guided us over the phone with directions when we had a little trouble finding the place. The place was lit up with beautiful lights on their trees and was warm, cozy and inviting. We had plenty of space for our family of four in our room. Even though we arrived late at night and left early in the morning it was a lovely stay. It was also nice that we could pay for our stay with a credit card.
