I had a wonderful stay at Zephry Hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere that is suitable for both rest and work. The room was cozy, quiet, and spotless, with good heating, which is especially important during the cold weather in Ifrane. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to get around the area. What truly made my stay special was the excellent service at the reception. Ms. Hayat and Ms. Hajar were absolutely amazing, who are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were always responsive, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel very welcomed and at home.
