We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location is truly perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea and the city while also being very close to the town of Ierapetra, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every detail carefully taken care of. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing,warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. They greeted us with a lovely welcome gift featuring traditional local products, which was a very nice touch and made us feel at home right away. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool with a breathtaking sea view,perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back!

The villa is very spacious and has beautiful view to the sea, very nice sunsets, the place is very comfortable, clean and has all needed for a family stay. The pool is big, enough outdoor space and great furniture.

We had a fantastic time here with our children, aged 8 and 10. There are two excellent restaurants serving Greek cuisine — one just a few hundred meters away, and the other about a kilometer further. Both can be reached via the beach. Ierapetra is also accessible on foot along the beach, which takes about an hour’s walk. In front of the villa there is a busy road, but it didn’t bother us. The villa is equipped with every comfort.

The villa was just amazing: beautiful, modern, luxury and comfortable. It offered so many thoughtful amenities - just everything you could wish for! And upon arrival there was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, so that we even didn’t have to go shopping! The huge pool with sea view was the icing on the cake and made our holidays just perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will come back :)
