The apartament is clean and cute, nicely decorated. Central location can be an asset. Each day we were lucky to find the last free space to park our car on the street. Air-conditioner works exeptionally quietly. You can eat excellent breakfasts in the restaurant Casablanca nearby, and there is also a wide range of other restaurants for your next meals.

Location is the best! Very quite and at the same time at the center of the city. You can park your car everywhere very easy and for free. Very safe area also. Brand new place with all the amenities and more. One from the best places I have ever been. Highly recommended! Hope we come back in the future.

I just checked out from the 4K GEM apt and I must admit I was impressed with the quality of the accommodation. Everything was new. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the large 4K TV with Netflix and the reliable WiFi seamlessly working in all 3 floors of the house. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Its just 3 minutes walking to a fantastic beach. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to get a good night's sleep every night. The apartment itself is cosy and somehow reminds me of an Amsterdam house (3 levels). The host is very friendly and makes a great effort to provide you with all kinds of useful information. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the centre of Ierapetra.
