Everything. Room and bathroom was very comfortable and immaculate. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely products to have a nice bath. Breakfast was generous and presented beautifully. Location was ideal short walk to centre and quiet. Nancy was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Nancy’s

Everything was great, Nancy is a wonderful host for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was large with a great bathroom. We were cycling, and Nancy was kind enough to allow us use of her garage to store them. The house is on a quiet road close to the centre and all the amenities of Ypres. Nancy thank you for letting us stay.

The breakfasts were continental of the highest order. The room was superb with a very comfortable bed. Nancy, the owner, was very warm and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment she opened the door to us. The location, just a ten-minute walk from the Market Square in Ypres, was perfect for our stay in the city.

Breakfast was probably the best I’ve seen at any B&B ever. Nancy really does this well. We had a great stay and enjoyed the area.
