Very clean and well furnished B&B, with a very helpful host and excellent breakfast. Short easily managed walk to the centre. I was also kindly allowed to park my motorbike in the secure garage.

Excellent location with a very caring host. Probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Nothing to much for the host. Breakfast to die for. Location is perfect with a short walk to the centre and Menen Gate.

Thank you so much dear Nancy for being a wonderful host to my father and me during our unforgettable stay in Ypres. We enjoyed the beautiful stylish atmosphere of the house, great rooms, a wonderful breakfast, super tidy and clean. Having no doors on bathrooms is a matter of taste and controversially discussed among couples in Germany.

The property was only a short walk away from the Menin gate. The room was perfect, comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. The host Nancy let us park our motorcycles in her garage and there was space for cars on the road. Great breakfast, she also cooked us scrambled eggs.
