Excellent location close to Ypres City centre. Sophie was an amazing host, it was like meeting an old friend. Breakfast was fantastic, especially Sophies Mums homemade jams. We will definitely be staying at Cocoon again in the near future when we travel to see family in this wonderful part of Belguim.

Sophie was a charming, kind and very helpful host, nothing was too much trouble and her home is delightful. The breakfast was excellent and the location very good. The bedroom and breakfast area is a compact but very well designed space and we had everything we needed. It is a quiet street with parking right opposite and we were able to walk everywhere in the city.
