The location is very central and we could park outside. Great. The room is very clean and bright. I love the comfortable bed, the coffee machine and good coffee pods, milk, thoughtful extras, beer, water, glasses, plates, lovely cups. Great shower and towels. Super helpful host. Free drink at the nearby key pick up point bar. The stairs are steep but ok.

Location was excellent to access the local restaurants and the Menen Gate. The host was a very nice gentleman who offered me a refreshing beer which I needed after a 600km motorcycle ride.

My wife stayed as I was ill. She loved it, warm welcome with a free beer that matched the room - she loved it!! Best version of b and b ever in her opinion

Great location in the heart of Ypres. Complementary beer water tea and coffee in the room. Nice spacious room with good size bathroom. Very nice host.
