Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from main square with a private garage. The fridge was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Steven the owner was there to meet us and on hand if needed.

The three storey house is beautiful. Has everything you need for a stay in Ypres. The owner was very welcoming and showed us where everything was we needed. The extra touches like chocolate, tea, coffee, drinks and snack was lovely.
