The hotel is perfectly situated for people working in the shipyard area. The shipyards are close by and a few restaurants, supermarkets as well as stores for working equipment are located in the immediate vicinity. You get a clean room with a lot of space and a small kitchenette for a reasonable price.

I was very happy staying in this hotel, the rooms were clean and there was fast WiFi. There are also good facilities around the hotel like supermarket and restaurants. I was most happy with the gentleman working the front desk during the night shift. He was very helpful in letting me checkin early but also in checking out, ordering taxi etc.
