Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Great place! Would 100% recommend for a stay at Ica! We could even stay at the rooftop watching a movie on their TV after checkout while waiting for our bus

Best hostel i have stayed in Peru. Has a modern, new feel to it. Beds and pillows are great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Offers everything I need. Communal areas are great, the top floor TV room has great views and comfy chairs.

Spacious Room, But Lacking in Atmosphere and Amenities The room itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and with a huge bathroom and balcony. Unfortunately, the weather made it a bit too cold to properly enjoy the outdoor space. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of a proper breakfast area. Instead, there was just a small coffee-making corner with a sofa near the check-in desk, which didn’t quite offer the welcoming communal feel I was hoping for. While I didn’t explore the bar area, and only saw the receptionist briefly, the overall atmosphere felt more like a basic stopover than a social or relaxing hostel experience. If you’re hoping to truly experience Huacachina, I’d recommend staying in the Huacachina area itself—not Ica—as this location feels a bit too far out and lacks the laid-back vibe. You’ll likely end up relying on tuk tuks or taxis more than you'd like.
