The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Loved this place. The location is fantastic - right outside the entrance to the sand dunes so couldn’t get any closer to the activities. The bathroom facilities were very clean and no issues with hot water. The tents had heavy blankets so we had a warm and cozy night. The staff were so kind - our next activity was cancelled, but the staff here let us spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool even after we had checked out.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and lovely pool. Nice to camp in the desert. Shower facilities excellent. It's possible to leave your backpack there after checking out in case you take a nightbus to Arequipa.

The camp itself has a great location, close to the dunes with a relaxed vibe. The setting is definitely one of its best features
