A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. We stayed in the junior suite for a night and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay, the room was really comfortable and large, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The pool and other facilities were also very nice!
