Very nice people, Patrick's a charme. 10 meters to the beach! Able to park your car safely inside the gated compound. We will come back!

The hotel is right across from the beach and the rooms on the front have sea view. The bus station 67 that brings you from Gare du Hyeres to the hotel *station Bona ) is in front of the hotel. We were in room 13 and we could also see the sea from our balcony. The facility is very basic. If you have problems with dirty or old sheets bring your own. There is a wasching machine downstairs and as I heard from the owner you have to pay 8 euros per wash . Because my daughter got bitten by some insects ( silberfisch and another insect in the room, be aware) I have washed the sheets with my detergent and Patrick said I don`t have to pay. The bathroom is very small. Mosqidos are everywhere. No insect nets at the window so be aware.!! No air con so very hot the moment you close the door and window. There is a ventilator in the room though. The hotel is very safe, we always felt safe and we kept the door most of the time open. The owner Patrick was nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Food is VERY expensive so be warned!! WE live in Germany and I was surprised to see that everything was more than double priced. The Carrefour supermarkt is 6- 8 minutes on foot. About the surroundings-- We took a trip to Porquelles and we were very dissapointed. The most top rated beach in Europe was a tiny 20cm -1m wide pebble beach.. The water is clear but the beach in front of the hotel was also super clean and clear so we could have spared the trip and the long walk to that beach. We swam with the fish. in front of the hotel !! Very nice, my daughter was over the top!! The beach was never busy and we could lay relaxed on the beach. THe bird watching activity that takes 2hours was VERY boring and dissapointing. We`ve only seen some flamingos from far away (we see them closer at the zoo) and the guide only spoke French (by the way, the french don`t speak English !! ) Maybe there is a tour in English and I made the wrong booking.
