The breakfast was good with variety. Somehow the rooms never resemble a 5* standard room. Poor paint finish and mouldy corners. They have only one key card when clearly we were two of us staying. The stay was fair but somehow the staff were so incompetent to add the stay to my Radisson membership account. It’s a 5 day stay and now it accounts for nothing. The WiFi was just a waste of time coz it never worked. Even a 3* hotel will give unlimited devices. Here they give it for one when it actually works. The staff are just there to do a job and never courteous.

Spacious and quiet room, excellent and varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There's an excellent Q-mart supermarket across the street, and many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights on a business trip and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort throughout the stay. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed. In particular, I would like to commend Prity and Swarupa for their exceptional service and warm professionalism — they truly made a difference. The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delicious selection of traditional Indian dishes. I appreciated that the menu included options considerate of guests who may not be accustomed to spicy food, which is a thoughtful touch for international travelers. Overall, this is an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend to both business and leisure travelers.
