I would like to share my feedback on my recent stay at your hotel — it was my first time staying at an Accor property, and I had a memorable experience. I would especially like to thank Grecy and Wildaris from the Rope Top Bar. They were extremely kind and made all the arrangements for me — I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. I enjoyed a wonderful evening thanks to them. However, I would also like to mention that I called Mr. Satyajit regarding a delay in my order. Unfortunately, he told me he was still busy with work, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, I am very happy with the hotel’s service. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. Looking forward to staying with you again.
