Good position for a stop to visit the surrounding hot springs and well situated between Reykjavik and the south coast attractions. Comfortable bed.

Hot tubs and pool were a nice touch. Breakfast was great and fresh. Rooms in general were a bit dated but clean. Bathrooms were clean as well.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the island if you have a car. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. The pool was area was large with a selection of heated pools and steam room. Northern lights visible at night from the hotel and there are a number of darker viewing points close by. Minimal interactions with staff but they were very nice when we did speak with them.
