The accommodation is very unique, more like Airbnb (private property). We stayed at the Tesla room, it has private bathroom (very clean) and the shower was 10/10 (nice hot water, great water pressure and shower hose). Bill, the owner of the house was always present, he was very nice and gave us tips for the area. We were allowed to use the kitchen. Plenty of drinking water in the room. If you expect a hotel/motel, this is not for you, but we (group of 3) stayed for two nights while visiting Zion and it was everything we needed.

Bill is a brilliant host and offers a very comfortable stay with everything you’ll need It is ideally located to access Zion park and thanks to Bill’s recommendation we got to see the most beautiful side of the park. There is some really nice nature around hurricane also , only a few minutes drive away.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was one of the best on our holiday. The owner sent some good tips on walks to do in the area. The property was well placed for what turned out to be a busy time in Zion NP
