Our honeymoon at the Zen Resort Hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Both the resort itself and our room were stunning, spotless, beautifully maintained, and prepared with so much love. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and our bed was decorated with rose petals. Simply magical! The surprises didn’t stop there. The next day we found even more floral decorations, along with a gorgeous bouquet. The entire team is truly extraordinary. So kind, attentive, and caring. Rarely have we experienced such heartfelt hospitality. It felt as if we became part of one big family. The shuttle to the breathtaking beach worked perfectly. You just step outside, and within 10 minutes you’re there. Even at the beach, the Zen Resort spirit was present. We were surprised with a hand-painted picture, and after only two days, the staff already knew our favorite drinks and had them waiting for us at the table. All in all: outstanding service in a breathtaking setting! We enjoyed every moment and are endlessly grateful to the Zen Resort team for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. It was a wonderful stay, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel manager, Mr. Yasser, and the housekeeping manager, Yasser, were very friendly. We felt like we were among family.
