We had a vacation in big family group. Very beautiful hotel. The staff everywhere are very kind trying to help with any requests. Big variety of food in the restaurant at any taste and it tastes really good. Nice beach with coral reef ( specially outside the reef). Cool kids disco :) We loved our stay in Tropitel a lot!

The overall experience was excellent. The lobby as a start is very wide and you feel welcomed. The pools are nice and the Sea is amazing. They called almost every day to be sure we are happy and getting what is needed. For people who likes more quite places or rooms, tell them at the reception as Pool side may be noisy because of music and events. I didn't mind, it was nice. They play at dinner time Violin which is very nice. You may find everything you need in the resort, from a mini market to gadgets to currency exchange ATM.
