Kareem “Enjoyable Experience at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh”

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The sea was beautiful — especially the area to the right of the pier — and perfect for snorkeling, with plenty of colorful fish and coral reefs to explore. The food was tasty and had a lot of variety, especially at the grill stations. You’ll always find something to enjoy. The night shows were enjoyable and different each evening, which kept things interesting. The staff were friendly and professional. A big thank you to Assistant Manager Mr. Zaki Said, Mr. Sameh Abbas at the reception, Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Toadros at the main restaurant, and Mr. Atef for his exceptional room service.. We look forward to coming back and repeating this enjoyable experience.

This is actually our 8th stay at this hotel, and it never disappoints! The hotel is truly enjoyable, clean, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Sameh Abbas at the reception — he has been assisting us since our very first stay, always with utmost courtesy and kindness. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and attentive, and the guest relations team regularly follows up to make sure everything is perfect. It’s always a wonderful experience here we really feel like we’re part of the place and not just guests.

Hospitality was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Hassan, and Zaki from reception, who accommodated me in the room I requested and were very helpful in assisting my mum. They kindly provided a wheelchair after her accident at the airport before our arrival. They also sent a porter a couple of times to help us get to the show area — much appreciated. Thanks as well to Neveen from customer service and the restaurant team for their support when my mum was unwell. The rooms were spacious, with beautiful sea and pool views. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food — big thanks to the restaurant team, Chef Mansour, and the waiters Mohamed, Kareem, and others who were fantastic. What I enjoyed the most was the animation team — the daily day and night shows were truly amazing. I stayed here last year and would love to come back again soon.
