Kindly be informed that the "Air Conditioning" will be turned on in the last week of March ,subject to the destination weather. In addition, it will be switched off in the 1st week of November, subject to the destination weather.Also “Heated Pool” will be turned on in 1st week of November ,subject to the destination weather. In addition, it will be switched off in the 1st week of April, subject to the destination weather.- Access to the Wet Area once a week (for minimum length of stay 3 nights), which includes:
• A luxurious sauna
• A relaxing jacuzzi
• A rejuvenating steam bath
• Pristine swimming pools- Service Discounts (for any length of stay): Makadi Spa guests will receive a 20% discount on the standard prices for all massage treatments, hammam services, and beauty center services.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely views and facilities all great and clean, staff very accommodating always asking if you would like drinks and have access to butler always responds to any wish you need saves calling to reception

I appreciate the management strategy to ease the stay, represented by Mr Abd Elmonem the greatest reception manager I ever met in my life He was taking care about all my concerns and working on solving them immediately. The hotel has alot of varieties, and inside the area there is a good walk and small mall

Everything was perfect, it was just like walking into paradise. All members of staff were friendly and very accommodating. Already planning to go back next year .
