We had a pleasant stay at The Grand Resort, which offers good value for money. Thank you for the complimentary cake and the room upgrade — both were truly appreciated. However, the rooms would benefit from some renovation, and the breakfast lacked variety as it remained the same throughout our 5-day stay. As the resort is quite large, it would be very helpful to have a proper introduction or a guided tour to show guests around the different areas of the hotel and its restaurants. A special shoutout to Muhammad Saeed from Café Tower, who kindly introduced us to the à la carte lunch restaurant — the food was excellent and definitely a highlight of our stay.

Overall the hotel is very nice, swimming pools are great and people are welcoming, double rooms are confortable. Food is great as well ! Price is very reasonable for all the accommodations.
