The staff are lovely and work very hard to make sure you have everything you need. I think without the level of attentiveness from the staff I would have rated the hotel lower than I have. I generally found the food to be pretty good (except the food poisoning half way through), lots of different options at Breakfast and Dinner. Again the staff in the restaurant including the chefs were amazing - incredibly attentive and remembered orders after the first evening and morning. Rooms were lovely and modern for the price, only issue I had are mentioned below but they are minor details.
