It was generally good; the food, especially the dinners, was nice. The room is nice and comfy, worth the price. Not far from the center and beach. We had a balcony at the room and the view was very nice from the balcony. The restaurant, reception, pool bar, and kitchen chef were all good people.

Great location and fantastic value for money. Facilities were new and very clean. Great beach club facilities. Food in the buffet was fantastic and all staff was really friendly.

This hotel is just a hidden gem of Hurghada! Great location next to the Sheraton Road Promenade, own private beach across the road. The hotel is very clean and the staff are constantly keeping it clean. Room cleaning is excellent too. The food in the restaurant is variegated and delicious, everything is very clean and the service is top notch! But the biggest plus of this hotel is its staff! Such friendly, attentive and caring staff I have not met for a long time! Here you are treated as a dear guest or friend. Special thanks to the receptionists Mahmoud and Selim for their responsiveness and willingness to help. And a huge thank you to the restaurant and bar staff - you are all great, especially Mustafa, Aziz, Ali and Mohammed! Thank you for your friendliness and attention!
